Give your guests something to look forward to. Plan ahead and let them do the same. Announce the plans for a party as soon as possible or at the least 3 to 4 weeks ahead. Send save-the-date cards, make a phone call, or send an e-mail. This is especially important for out-of-town guests who need to make travel arrangements. Remember, lives are hectic and schedules are full so time for fun is far and few. Be sure to have your party on their schedule!
